Madd Kruidenier is an illustrator and designer, currently based in Portland, Oregon.
I putter around mediums, sticking mostly with traditional or digital illustration and design, but I also like to bind books on the side, and try to incorporate my sporadic writing and photography hobbies into my work as much as I can. In my free time, I like to read, watch a lot of movies, and play games; making things and consuming stories is all I can ever remember doing, and is all I ever want to do.
As of 2026, I am the Project Manager for LURCH Magazine, an open-submission visual art and literary publication, founded in 2022 by some very good friends of mine. In the past, I’ve worked with companies such as EscapeGamesPDX/paradigmQ, Widget Cave, Memory Den Vintage Mall, the Compost Research & Education Foundation, and MasterTrack Solutions.
